Deposits & Payments
All deposits are non-refundable. However, your deposit will be applied toward your final balance, which will be collected at the time of your scheduled visit.

Cancellations by Labs in Motion
If Labs in Motion cancels your appointment, any deposit or payment made will be refunded within 4–7 business days using the original method of payment.

Privacy & Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously. All client information is kept confidential and secure. Labs in Motion is HIPAA compliant and follows all applicable federal and state regulations to protect your personal and health information.

Licensing & Insurance
Labs in Motion is fully licensed and insured, operating in compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements.

Partnership Agreements
All partnership and service contracts require a 14-day written notice from either party to terminate the agreement. This cancellation period applies to both parties.
